Teacher Appreciation Week
Teacher Appreciation Week is this week - May 1st through the 5th!  We are very fortunate to have such amazing teachers for our kids here at Pinetree. Let’s show our appreciation for all the hard work they do for our children.  Please have your child bring in a small token of affection… a picture drawn or note written especially for their teacher, a flower from their garden, a special craft or a small treat from each child would make them feel so special!  If you would prefer to purchase a gift, the PTA can provide a listing of each teacher's likes and dislikes to help guide you. 

3rd Annual Pinetree PTA Chili Cook-Off
The 3rd Annual Pinetree PTA Chili Cook-off is coming up on Friday, May 19th at 6:30pm.  Following a brief PTA meeting at 6:00 p.m.  Do you have a chili recipe that can’t be beat? Prove it at our chili cook off! Free to enter, free to judge!    Votes will be tallied at 7:30

Fliers will be going home soon to signup and show off your chili.  If you just want to come sample and judge - there is no signup needed and we'll see you there!

Pinetree Family Luau Dance
Thank you to everyone who came out to the Pinetree Family Luau Dance.  We hope you had as much fun as we did partying and dancing the night away.  Special thanks to VP of Programs board member Apryl Reaber who worked hard on the event!

Lancaster Jethawks Baseball Game
Pinetree represented at the Lancaster JetHawks Baseball game yesterday. Congrats to all the Pioneers who got perfect attendance in February and scored a free ticket.  Some even got to run the field and the bases.  We may have also been good luck charms for them as they pulled off a 11 to 10 win after two crazy final innings.
