Round Table Pizza Restaurant Day
TOMORROW - Tuesday, May 22nd - 11am to 10pm
This is our last Restaurant Fundraiser of the year.  Round Table Pizza (next to Vons) will donate 20% of your total order to the Pinetree PTA just by flashing the flyer at the register anytime from 11am to 10pm. Please note that Round Table will only donate the 20% of full price orders (any orders using a coupon will not count). Alcohol is also excluded.

Pinetree PTA Honorary Service Awards
This past Friday, the Pinetree PTA had the privileged of honoring the following outstanding Pinetree Pioneers:

Pinetree 4th Annual Chili Cook Off
Thanks to everyone that came out to our 4th Annual Chili Cook Off this past Friday.  We had 10 delicious chili's to sample but 3 rose to the top to take the prizes.  We would like to congatulate the winners:

1st Place: Elden Marquez
2nd Place: Erika Melara
3rd Place: Kym Johnson

The final Coffee with the Principal session will be taking place Thursday, 05/31 at 8:00am.  The topic for this session will be a wrap of the wonderful 2017-18 School Year

Pinetree in the News
A huge honor was bestowed on Pinetree this past week.  The Educational Results Partnership (ERP) and the Campaign for Business and Education Excellence (CBEE) has picked Pinetree Community School as one of the 2017-18 Honor Roll Recipients.  The 2017-2018 Honor Roll recognizes public elementary, middle, and high schools that demonstrate high levels of student academic achievement, improvement in achievement over time, and reduction in achievement gaps.
